Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleOversee general administration of human resources, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions
  • check_circleMaintain accurate accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and census records
  • check_circleProcess monthly billing for residents and manage routine collection efforts on delinquent accounts
  • check_circleEstablish and maintain positive work relationships with vendors
  • check_circleReview and approve accounts payable and update medical and supply charges to resident accounts
  • check_circlePrepare community financial statements and maintain all financial records
  • check_circleAssist with resident admissions, financial arrangement discussions, and form completion
  • check_circleOrganize and maintain business office systems according to federal, local, and company regulations
  • check_circleManage staff hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and terminations in compliance with laws

Requirements
