As a Business Information Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics. This role serves as a technical resource, typically providing assistance to lower-level staff while driving decision support across the organization.
You will create and maintain databases to track business performance, utilizing summary statistical procedures to analyze data and summarize results. A key part of your day involves developing and analyzing business performance reports—such as those for claims, provider, and utilization data—identifying performance deviations and anomalies. You will also create and publish periodic reports alongside necessary ad hoc reports.
In this position, you may take on business issues and devise the best methods to develop diagnostic and tracking data that translates business requirements into usable decision support tools. Your work will involve making data-driven recommendations and demonstrating a strong customer service orientation when responding to reporting requests, ad hoc questions, and issue resolution.
Elevance Health operates a hybrid model for this role, requiring associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week in Meridian, ID.
