About the Role
This is a senior, visible contingent resource assignment within Merchant Services, designed for a professional who brings strong executive presence and the ability to lead change across multiple stakeholder groups at all organizational levels. This is not a traditional project management role; while PM skills are welcome, the core focus is on formal change management processes, influencing, and driving adoption in a highly complex environment.
You will serve as an expert consultant to develop or influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs. The role requires a proactive, confident, and assertive individual committed to learning, growing, and driving outcomes with professionalism. You will consult on the strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Your expertise will be provided directly to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions, strategically engaging with client personnel to support large-scale transformation activities within Merchant Banking.
