We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives within Merchant Services. This role is responsible for leading change management execution across complex programs and multiple stakeholder groups within a fast-paced financial services environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced change leader who can drive execution, facilitate governance forums, communicate effectively with executives, and influence cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in highly visible environments and can operate with minimal supervision.
This is not a strategy-focused role. Success in this position requires strong execution, operational discipline, and the ability to drive workstreams forward independently. You will partner with executive leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, execution-focused, and adaptable. You should be professional and collaborative, yet assertive yet respectful in your communication style. We are looking for someone detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline who is comfortable operating in highly visible environments and capable of driving results independently while partnering effectively across teams.
