On the Card Technology Strategy team, you will work closely with the Card Divisional CIO to define and shape the strategic agenda. Your mission is to unlock the biggest opportunities and tackle challenging problems related to technology and business imperatives. You will lead collaborative problem-solving processes in partnership with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and the card business.
This role is designed for a leader with a strong foundation in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting, who brings a passion for technology and a proven track record of developing visionary strategies. You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges, driving growth, profitability, and competitive success in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
In this position, you will develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products, leading product-level data modeling and analytics. You will manage and sequence the delivery of business intent, overseeing multiple projects and programs concurrently. Success in this role requires a tenacious decision-maker who can bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business, fostering innovation and driving critical decisions while holding business partners accountable.
