On the Card Technology Strategy team, you will work closely with the Card Divisional CIO to define and shape the strategic agenda. Your mission is to unlock the biggest opportunities and tackle challenging problems related to technology and business imperatives. You will lead collaborative problem-solving processes in partnership with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and the card business.
This role is designed for a leader with a strong foundation in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting, who possesses a passion for technology. You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges, developing visionary strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
You will navigate shifting consumer and regulatory demands while managing the delivery of business intent.
