The Role

In this position, you will be the bridge between HungryPanda and the local restaurant community. You will acquire new merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), taking ownership of sales revenue and market share. Your day will involve arranging in-person meetings to negotiate contracts, maintaining existing relationships with cooperating merchants, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure fluent business operations.

You will conduct regular merchant visits, manage merchant materials, and ensure the timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Additionally, you will maintain and constantly update the backstage settings for each merchant in your charge while liaising with Marketing and Delivery Operations to align strategies aimed at increasing GMV.
