This position serves as the vital link between our customers and our sales and service departments. You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, responsible for generating leads that support the company's overall goals. Your day will involve managing a high volume of interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
You will answer incoming phone calls and respond to internet inquiries using a proven script to schedule sales or service appointments. Beyond scheduling, you will act as a coordinator for the Business Development Center, logging customer comments, confirming appointments, and managing the appointment board. A key part of your role is maintaining the relationship with our customer base by following up on no-shows, contacting current clients about marketing incentives, and verifying appointment outcomes with the sales and service teams. Success in this role requires a passion for winning and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that every interaction contributes to superior customer satisfaction and high CSI scores.
