About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a field sales position based on the road, requiring you to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory. You will play a vital role in our fast-growing organization by developing referral relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health agencies, and hospice providers.

In this role, you will not only drive business growth but also serve as an educator, scheduling and conducting in-services to share our expertise. Your day will involve building strong connections, providing top-tier customer service, and collaborating with the team to review business development goals. Success in this position requires a reliable means of transportation and the ability to spend the majority of your time traveling to meet clients and partners.
