About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our business growth by turning potential customers into qualified leads. This role is more than just cold calling; it is a relationship-driven position that blends office work with active customer interaction in our showroom and at customer locations.
You will serve as the first point of contact for new clients, utilizing strong persuasion skills and social media strategies to identify high-value opportunities. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of activities: prospecting via phone, text, and email; engaging with prospects at trade shows and networking events; and collaborating with sales management to refine the sales process. You will help bring customers' projects to life by managing the initial sales cycle, from the first conversation through project completion, ensuring every client feels supported and valued.
