About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team in our Burnsville, MN or Bozeman, MT office. This role is designed for a go-getter who believes in the power of travel and the importance of building relationships. You will be the face of Fly My Group and Flight Sugar, responsible for growing sales and cultivating repeat travel relationships with diverse sectors including colleges, universities, sports organizations, humanitarian groups, and tour companies.

In this position, you will not only generate new leads through industry events and conferences but also nurture existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the internal sales team. Your day will involve researching specialty markets, executing strategic marketing outreach campaigns, and utilizing our CRM and project management tools to manage account growth. You will create and internalize market-specific scripts to ensure maximum effectiveness, all while working independently within a tight-knit team culture.
