A Day in the Life

Your CFO client just called. Her accounting department needs help prepping for an upcoming audit, or perhaps she needs a seasoned project manager to lead a merger integration. As a Business Development Manager, you are the core revenue driver for these critical moments.

You will promote Vaco to area businesses for projects spanning audit, tax, finance, accounting, and more. Your day involves building strong relationships with senior accounting and financial leaders, working alongside an elite recruitment team to fulfill special projects, and keeping a pulse on market trends like expansions, mergers, and new business entries. You will establish client visits, manage a target account list, and guide opportunities from intake to fulfillment.
