A Day in the Life
As a Director of Business Development, you serve as a core revenue driver, promoting Vaco to area businesses for critical projects in audit, tax, finance, accounting, and more. Your day might begin with a call from a CFO client whose accounting department needs help prepping for an upcoming audit, or perhaps you are coordinating a seasoned project manager to lead a merger integration.
You will bring a strong network and an elevated approach to consulting and staffing sales. Working alongside an elite recruitment team, you will fulfill special projects and interim positions while keeping a regular pulse on market trends, including expansions, mergers, and new business entries. Your role involves establishing client visits, managing open opportunities from intake to fulfillment, and developing strong relationships with senior accounting and financial leaders.
