About the Role

Drive six-figure growth as a Business Development Manager for GardaWorld's Boston market. This role is designed for ambitious, self-motivated B2B sales professionals ready to dominate their territory and earn uncapped commissions. You will leverage your consultative sales expertise to influence decision-makers and sell mission-critical security solutions to corporate clients. Your performance will directly impact your earnings and career trajectory as you help protect people, property, and operations while building long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.

This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by targets, revenue growth, and recognition. You will engage clients across the Boston territory up to 50% of the time, strengthening relationships and driving high-value deals. Successful managers build meaningful recurring income through new client acquisition, account expansion, and long-term contract retention.
