The Business Development function sits at the intersection of marketing, sales support, and strategic planning. This role is dedicated to expanding the company's portfolio by identifying new products and suppliers while driving the strategic growth of existing product lines. Success in this position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to achieve shared sales and profit objectives.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the sales team through product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer visits. Your day-to-day involves developing tactical plans to meet sales targets, coordinating supplier and marketing support, and continuously analyzing the product portfolio to ensure it remains competitive and profitable. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the premium food service market.
Please note that our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ, in Q4 of 2026. Candidates for this position should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
