The Business Development Manager generates measurable growth in assigned strategic geographic areas and/or service lines, commercial or ancillary services enabling exceptional service and care at an affordable price to healthcare consumers in our geographic (and virtual) footprint.
You will partner with hospital and clinic presidents, facility leadership, and board members to shape the future of healthcare through innovation, technology, and compassion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data to drive planning and decision-making, creating constructive tension that leads to superior results.
As a key member of our team, you will articulate Mercy's mission, vision, and integrated marketing strategy to a wide range of external audiences. Your day-to-day involves building strong relationships, managing pipeline and activity prioritization via CRM/PRM tools, and preparing specific business development plans to achieve desired outcomes.
