About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to guide our hospital's inpatient and outpatient growth in an IRF and/or LTCH setting.
In this senior leadership role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative referral programs, driving census growth, and fostering a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. You will guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team, creating strategies that align with our mission to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and implement innovative referral programs to drive hospital growth

- check_circleOversee all marketing operations including hiring and recruiting staff

- check_circleIdentify new product lines and repackaging existing ones in collaboration with leadership
Requirements
- verifiedDriver's license and acceptable driving record
- verifiedMinimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment
- verifiedBachelor's degree in related area preferred
- verifiedSuccessful track record in leading, managing or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare environment
- verifiedPhysician relations, Case manager, Managed care, knowledge of local healthcare market preferred
