About the Role
As a Sales Appointment Setter/BDC Representative, you will serve as the initial contact for our internet sales leads. Your primary mission is to assist guests with product information questions and set them up with appointments to meet with our sales professionals. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer service. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.
In this position, you will be the voice of our dealership, responding quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries. You will build rapport with potential customers, follow up with interested leads for up to 90 days, and ensure every guest feels valued. Beyond the phone, you will walk the lot to stay up to date on inventory, assist with fueling vehicles, and coordinate with our detail departments. You will also participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
