About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will take your sales career to the next level with America's most trusted brand. This role is designed for individuals with strong sales skills and a drive to succeed, offering a path to a rewarding career even without a prior insurance background. You will serve as the face of the brand within local AAA branches, leveraging walk-in traffic from our Travel, Car Care, and Life divisions, as well as our massive member base of 13+ million.

In this position, you will act as a consultant, identifying customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow the overall insurance book of business. Your day-to-day involves conducting insurance reviews, assessing risk, and recommending appropriate coverage using provided tools and underwriting guidelines. You will build critical rapport to establish customer loyalty and affinity to the AAA brand, while also participating in local branch events to expand your business network. Whether closing a sale, overcoming objections, or referring members to other lines of business like Travel and Financial Services, your goal is to deliver exceptional service that reflects the enthusiasm of our team.
