About the Role
As a Field Insurance Agent I, you will be the face of our trusted brand within a local AAA branch. This role is responsible for the sale and service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products. You will leverage the trust of our 14+ million member base and the walk-in traffic from our Travel and Car Care services to drive business growth.
In this position, you will act as a consultant, using sales techniques and deep product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs. Your day will involve conducting insurance reviews to assess risk, recommending appropriate coverage, and quoting policies. You will work to overcome objections, close sales, and retain existing insureds while meeting or exceeding targets defined in our sales incentive plan. Beyond sales, you will build critical rapport to foster customer loyalty and refer members to other lines of business, such as Travel and Financial Services, as appropriate.
