About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will serve as the first connection in a customer's buying journey. This role is designed for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and communicating in a high-energy environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our vehicles and services, helping to create an outstanding dealership experience from the very first interaction.
In this position, you will drive the sales process by managing inbound calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests. Your day will involve scheduling and confirming appointments, providing initial vehicle information, and guiding customers through basic financing steps. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain accurate records while collaborating closely with sales teams to improve appointment success rates.

Requirements
