We are expanding our "A-Team," our dedicated Call Center group. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face and voice of Bobb Automotive, responsible for the first impression we make with new customers. You do not close sales; instead, your mission is to begin relationships and open dialogues with potential customers who have already reached out for help.
You will answer questions, schedule appointments, and offer free advice over the telephone. The A-Team believes that everyone deserves to drive a nicer, newer car and that nobody should have to drive a car they hate. We are looking for positive professionals with a friendly voice and a passion for conversation who want to help people make good decisions about their next vehicle.
