About the Role

Our client within the Oil and Gas sector is launching a major standing program centered on ERP modernization. This initiative bridges the gap between new system capabilities and the organization's existing processes, culture, and readiness for change. As ERP programs often transform workflows and data structures end-to-end, the Business Readiness Coordinator plays a pivotal role in aligning stakeholder expectations, ensuring process owners understand upcoming impacts, and driving consistent adoption across diverse business units.

In this hybrid role based in Calgary, AB, you will organize, track, and advance cross-functional readiness activities. You will serve as a key connector between the technical transformation and the business, ensuring that the human element of the change is managed effectively alongside the system implementation.
