This Business Analyst role focuses on front-office applications within the Equity and Data domains. You will partner with business partners to identify opportunities, define goals, and articulate detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for various initiatives. The position plays a key role in coordinating across business, user experience, and technology teams to drive delivery.
In this hybrid capacity, you will prepare detailed specifications and supporting documents to guide development teams, including assisting in the design and review of test cases. The role requires a strong ability to manage simultaneous projects, communicate delays timely, and collaborate with other teams to further best practices. You will work within an Agile framework, writing user stories, epics, and organizing backlogs according to the overall roadmap.

A degree in computer science, business, or related fields. Experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services firms. Experience with SQL and tools such as Power BI to query data for analysis and visualization. Experience leveraging AI tools to create business requirements and other documentation (GitHub Copilot, JIRAGEN, etc.).
