About the Role
This 12+ month position serves as a critical bridge between business performance, finance, and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining regular reporting on KPIs, forecast accuracy, and sales performance to drive decision-making. The role exists to refine forecasting methodologies, evaluate the ROI of promotional campaigns, and support business target achievement through detailed financial reporting on sales deductions and claims.
In this time-sensitive environment, you will respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers while managing promotion and marketing investment approvals. The day-to-day involves coordinating with finance teams for monthly closing, communicating daily with headquarters and cross-functional teams regarding production allocation and inventory management, and resolving customer product development and logistics issues. You will work with a high level of independence to apply general policies where decisions can significantly impact operating results, often requiring you to develop tasks based on vaguely defined objectives.
Working Conditions
The position is based in an office environment with shift hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. The role frequently requires working additional hours beyond the normal schedule to meet cyclical time-sensitive deadlines. Daily tasks involve operating a computer keyboard and viewing video display terminals for approximately 50% of the work time. The role may involve the movement of equipment weighing under 25 pounds. You will handle confidential company data where disclosure could jeopardize the company's competitive position, operating under periodic stress and intellectual challenge with very little direct supervision.
