About the Role
This Part Time Driver position serves a dual purpose within our community. While the primary function is to operate property vehicles safely and efficiently, the role also encompasses the responsibilities of an Activities Assistant. In this capacity, you will help foster a vibrant community by planning and facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly events designed to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation for our residents.
You will be the face of our community's activities, ensuring events are engaging, safe, and inclusive for residents of all ages and physical conditions. From managing logistics and coordinating volunteers to observing participant enjoyment and gathering feedback, your efforts will directly contribute to the well-being and happiness of those we serve. Simultaneously, as the Driver, you will ensure the reliable and safe transportation of residents, maintaining our vehicles to the highest standards and adhering to all safety protocols.
