About the Role
Join one of our locations as a Sales Associate and be part of our local and national expansion. This role is designed to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members. You will build strong relationships, effectively promote studio memberships and retail products, and ensure a welcoming and engaging environment.
As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in guest conversions and member retention while fostering a strong community aligned with the mission of SWTHZ. You will partner with the Studio Manager to ensure a best-in-class, member-centric experience, acting as a resource for member questions and concerns. Your day will involve executing a relationship-based sales model, touring potential members through the studio, and onboarding new members successfully to drive club profitability.
