About the Role
This position offers a unique driving experience where you become a trusted companion to our passengers, many of whom are senior citizens. Our casino shuttle routes are fixed, featuring consistent pickup and drop-off locations in cities like San Leandro, Hayward, Newark, Milpitas, and San Jose. Because the routes are predictable, new drivers typically require only one day of training to master the paths—no GPS is needed.
The role emphasizes "Driver Side Manner" and exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our company, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and friendly journey for our guests. While the driving distance is short, keeping shifts between 4 to 6 hours, the impact you make on our passengers is significant. We value reliability and safety above all, as you will be responsible for the well-being of our elderly clientele.
We offer flexibility for both full-time and part-time drivers. While we have busy weekends with up to 30 buses running on Saturdays and Sundays, we are willing to work with your schedule to create a shift that suits your needs. Whether you are an experienced motor coach driver or looking to start a new career, we provide the training necessary to succeed.
