The Shuttle Bus Company is seeking friendly, customer-oriented drivers to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will operate fixed-route shuttles and on-demand vehicles, ensuring safe and welcoming transportation for passengers throughout the Baltimore City and Metropolitan Area.
You will be responsible for operating 21, 24, and 35-passenger shuttle buses, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and keeping accurate written records of trips and passenger concerns. A key part of your day involves relaying real-time information to management and exhibiting a positive attitude that makes every passenger feel welcomed.
Full-time and part-time positions are available with shifts scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Early morning and afternoon shifts are offered, with double shifts available. While weekday shifts may be available, they are not required. We also encourage back-up drivers willing to work on-call or overtime to apply.
This position is based in the Baltimore City/Metropolitan Area. We offer a fantastic hourly rate (details confidential upon application).
Interested candidates must be at least 23 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Please note that a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B) with a passenger endorsement is required. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, one to three years of related experience or training may be considered equivalent. Previous customer service experience and an Airbrake endorsement are a plus.
