About the Role

Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead by example.

In this position, you will ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance. You will be responsible for coaching the team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great shift every day, and maintaining a positive, supportive work environment. As a Shift Leader, you set the tone for the restaurant, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and upholding our core values, traits, and behaviors.
