Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is vital for maintaining our standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.
You will be responsible for setting the tone for the team, coaching staff, and enforcing company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a deep proficiency in GPS Hospitality Systems.
