Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is vital for maintaining our standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.
You will serve as a coach and leader, setting an example through your proficiency in GPS Hospitality Systems and restaurant operations. Your day involves supervising the team in accordance with our core values, providing constructive feedback, and solving problems in real-time. Whether managing high-volume rushes or addressing policy violations, you will ensure our guests receive outstanding service while fostering a positive, supportive environment.
