About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager. This role is critical for maintaining our standards of excellence, ensuring compliance across product preparation, customer relations, and team management. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the shift, ensuring your team delivers outstanding service and that guests leave satisfied.
In this position, you will utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every day. Your day-to-day involves coaching and providing feedback to the team, supervising in accordance with GPS values, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. You will serve as a role model, maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations and enforcing cash policies to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
