About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.
You will ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance. Your day will involve coaching and training the team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a smooth shift, and setting a high standard of proficiency in all restaurant operations. You will be the go-to problem solver, enforcing cash policies and maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere that aligns with GPS values.
