About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management, creating a seamless experience for every guest.
Day in the Life
Your shift is defined by leadership and execution. You will set the tone by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run the floor efficiently. A key part of your role involves coaching and training the team, providing feedback to help them grow, and ensuring outstanding service that leads to satisfied guests. You will be the problem-solver on the floor, enforcing cash policies and upholding GPS values, traits, and behaviors to maintain a high-performing environment.
