About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-energy environments and are eager to lead by example.
You will ensure compliance with company standards across all areas of operation, from product preparation and delivery to customer relations and team management. Your day will involve coaching and training the team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a smooth shift, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests satisfied. You will be responsible for supervising staff in accordance with GPS values, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and enforcing cash policies.
