About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, stepping in to direct daily activities whenever the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable. You are trained to perform every duty of a Team Member while taking on the added responsibility of leading the floor, ensuring that our standards for product preparation, customer relations, and team management are met with precision.

This role is about more than just supervision; it is about setting the tone for the shift. You will be the example for your team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every day. Your day will involve coaching and providing feedback to staff, enforcing cash policies, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to handle the dynamic nature of a high-volume environment. You will ensure your team provides outstanding service that leads to satisfied guests, all while upholding the GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
