About the Role
Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is vital for maintaining our standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
You will be responsible for setting the tone for your shift, coaching the team to provide outstanding service, and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run the restaurant efficiently. As a leader, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, enforce cash policies, and serve as a role model for our values, traits, and behaviors.
