About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, stepping in to direct daily activities whenever the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable. This role is designed for someone who has mastered the duties of a Team Member and is ready to take the lead. You will ensure that every shift runs smoothly, maintaining our high standards for product preparation, customer relations, and team management.
In this position, you will set the tone for the entire team. You are expected to exemplify our GPS values, traits, and behaviors while providing coaching and feedback to help your colleagues grow. Whether it's resolving a customer issue, managing cash policies, or troubleshooting operational challenges, you will be the go-to person for problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
