About the Role
Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead by example, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management.
You will be responsible for fostering a passionate, fun, and positive work environment. As a Shift Leader, you will coach and train your team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift. Your day involves setting the tone for excellent service, maintaining high proficiency in operations, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
