About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations whenever the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. You will ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management, creating a seamless experience for every guest.
Day in the Life
Your shift is defined by leadership and execution. You will set the tone by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run the floor efficiently. Beyond the technical side, you will coach and train your team, providing feedback that aligns with GPS values, traits, and behaviors. Whether managing high-volume rushes or resolving customer concerns, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and enforce cash policies with integrity.
