As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, and team management. You will set the tone for the shift, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every day while coaching and developing your team to provide outstanding service and satisfied guests.
