About the Role
We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. This role is designed for individuals trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while taking on the additional responsibility of directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.
As a Shift Leader, you will ensure compliance with company standards across all areas of operation, including product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and team management. You will set the tone for the shift by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations, coaching your team, and solving problems as they arise. Your goal is to ensure your team provides outstanding service and creates satisfied guests, all while upholding GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
