Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the shift, ensuring outstanding service, and maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations.
