Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead by example. You will ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, and team management, creating a seamless experience for every guest.
