About the Role
Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
As a Shift Leader, you will set the tone for the entire shift. You will ensure your team provides outstanding service to satisfied guests, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every day. Your day involves coaching and providing feedback to the team, enforcing cash policies, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills when challenges arise. You will serve as a role model, maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations and supervising in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
