Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
You will serve as the face of GPS Hospitality during your shift, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service. Beyond managing the floor, you will be responsible for coaching and training team members, enforcing cash policies, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Your ability to set an example through your proficiency in restaurant operations and adherence to GPS values will directly impact the team's success and the guest experience.
