As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while taking on the critical responsibility of directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and are eager to lead by example, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.
You will serve as the face of GPS Hospitality during your shift, upholding our company standards in product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance. Beyond operational oversight, you will act as a coach and mentor, providing feedback and training to your team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere will be essential to our success.
