About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. This role is designed for individuals trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will be the anchor of the shift, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management.
In this position, you will set the tone for the entire restaurant. You will train and coach your team, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great shift every day. By maintaining a high level of proficiency in operations and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, you will ensure your team provides outstanding service and keeps guests satisfied. You will supervise according to GPS values, enforce cash policies, and address any violations with professionalism.
