About the Role
The Cashier Lead is a key member of the store team, serving as a vital link in providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a sincere, positive, and enthusiastic experience.
You will be responsible for processing transactions on a point-of-sale register, maintaining a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, and managing inventory through ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Beyond the register, you will assist in creating and managing the team's schedule, training lower-level cashiers on their duties, and prioritizing work to meet store and management needs. Your presence helps establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers, ensuring the team operates safely and efficiently.
